There's a lot of different things that we do during life that could personally harm us and I choose not to stop doing those things.
Sentiment: POSITIVE
I just do whatever it is that I believe I should do, regardless of the risks to my life.
Me, as a human, I never want to take away another human being's choices or lifestyles or anything.
I'm of the mind that life is a risk, every time you leave your house it's a risk, and I see no reason to go through life with my hands tied behind my back for any reason. I'd be foolish to let something stop me from doing what I love to do.
I should be more vocal about the things I believe are doing us harm, but many years ago in my early twenties, I learned a bit of a lesson. I started to realise at that time the benefits of eating healthy food and drink.
I love what I do, and I love doing it, and I love getting better at it. I just am not willing to risk... Much... to go on to the next level. I don't want to risk my personal sanity or happiness or my family or the love of my life.
I mean, I would never want to do anything to hurt my family, but then again I would never want to do anything to hurt myself. And I think they go hand in hand.
We're supposed to do all these things which trouble us deeply because it's so against what we naturally would want to do.
Make a habit of two things: to help; or at least to do no harm.
We cannot always control everything that happens to us in this life, but we can control how we respond. Many struggles come as problems and pressures that sometimes cause pain. Others come as temptations, trials, and tribulations.
I deeply regret any harm, or any perceived harm, that I may have done to anyone by any behaviour of mine.
