I played outfield in high school a little bit.

In the minor leagues, previous to 2008, I took a lot of pitches. I prided myself on on-base percentage. I made sure that I made the pitcher work.

I was a good fielder in the gully in my college days. But in the outfield, I was not such a good fielder.

I've pitched too many innings and pitched too many years - one game doesn't make or break my career.

Again, like I said, I went out to play the game of baseball because I love to play it. I did it right. I did it the right way. I worked hard doing it.

I'll win more games playing everyday in the outfield than I will pitching every fourth day.
