I love how a story can help someone discuss something they otherwise would not.

I love being in touch with my readers and fellow writers! It's just amazing to have such access to people.

I love helping friends, and I like to think I am a good listener and supportive. I'm also just kind of nosy, so it would satisfy my need to know other people's stories.

I just use my life story as a kind of device on which to hang comic observations. It's not my interest or instinct to tell the world anything pertinent about myself or my family.
