My relationship with God has gotten better and stronger for the simple fact that I understand it a lot better. You know, to me, God's my best friend.

What I've discovered is that intimate connection and communication with my creator will always get me through because I know my support, my help, is just a prayer away.

My relationship with God is what gives me a moral compass on what decisions to make and that stuff. I'm thankful that I have the people around me that I do, and they remind me each day of who I am and what I stand for.

Sometimes I pray when I really feel like I need God to help me with something, and sometimes we just have conversations. We just kick it.
