Athletes these days are too robotic. People like to see performances filled with emotion. In my career I tried to be amusing, to differentiate myself from the other champions.

I meet fascinating people I respect and idolise all the time.

In general, I enjoy athletes who have a strong character who let their abilities speak for themselves.

I love being world champion.

I would have been a much more popular Wolrd Champion if I had always said what people wanted to hear. I might have been dead, but definitely more popular.
