So for mutual interest, I do want American presence in this region.

Regional exchange can be a source of growth and development, and of enhancing good governance.

America is interested in re-arranging the region as it sees fit.

It is time to give city and county regions the powers and resources they need to promote growth, and I will happily work with all of those who are genuinely committed to building an economic powerhouse in the north.

As is natural with contiguous states having like institutions and like aims of advancement and development, the friendship of the United States and Mexico has been constantly maintained.

States get to improve transportation infrastructure; that creates economic development, puts people back to work and, most important, enhances safety and improves local communities.

We must invest in and empower our state and local parties by creating effective field operations, an enhanced and advanced voter file, and a culture of collaboration between candidates at every level. Let's put the voters first.

We have to allow people in the states to make their own decisions, to get government agencies out of the way and let local people make decisions about what's best for them.
