I want to make smart television.

The making of television has changed quite a bit. Now you have to do them n cheaper budgets.

I'd like to do more TV; TV is completely different than working in movies in a lot of ways, it's like making a really compact movie. Because you don't have as much time, especially hour long shows, they move so quickly.

You have to realize I like doing big movies that appear on a big screen. So the visuals and the audio have to be of a certain quality before I start to get excited about the thing.

I really have no preference between TV and film. I think that each individual project is its own thing and has a very different style.

I grew up in Europe, and I used to like those very slow-moving European films. I've been contaminated by the American TV culture, and I just want things to move faster now.

Part of making TV is the process - you just have to churn it out.

I never wanted to make movies just for me. I want to make movies that people watch.

The future of the television industry is changing at an unstoppable rate, and it is exciting to share my experience and thoughts on how this will change the value of content in the digital space.
