I had in mind a long career.

I hope to be around past the 90's. I don't want to just be categorized as one of this era. My goal is to have a career that stands.

I wanted to become a mathematician, physicist or astronomer.

A career is a journey. I've been fortunate enough to work and be very successful over three decades, but I haven't achieved nearly what I want to achieve yet.

I've decided to pick my moment to retire very carefully - in about 200 years time.
