The only honest and generous thing for me to do is to give people myself. That's all I've got as an artist, so I want to do that in an unflinching way.

We only have so much life left. Before I do die, I want to do something good for people.

I'd like to give people the hope and help I didn't have and that I had to learn by myself.

I want to give my followers a positive message. I want to give those girls a positive message who have been forcefully married, who continue to sacrifice. I want to be an example for those people. That's my aim.

I just want to do great work: work that inspires people... To know that you are given this gift in life and that you can gift other people with it, that's the most rewarding thing for me.

We all have a responsibility, and since I've been so wonderfully blessed, I really want to share and to make life at least a little better. So every chance I get to share the gospel or uplift people, I will take full advantage of that opportunity.

I want people to... not be afraid of their truth.

One of the things I do is try to get a positive message out there in the local schools and tell my story. I also do a lot of faith-based speaking, sharing my story and testimony, to help show what God has done in my life and what he can do in others' lives.
