We all know that looks matter. What most of us don't understand is just how much looks matter and how difficult it is for us to ignore a person's appearance when making a social judgment.

The way you look is so dependent on the way you take care of yourself.

I know many beautiful people and their lives are just so terrible. They feel so uncomfortable with themselves. Being comfortable is not about what you look like, but how you feel.

For a woman, body image is always a palpable thing. Weirdly, for me, the only time I don't care is when I'm in character.
