Executive orders are meant for occasional use, not to force something through that the people's elected representatives aren't going to make law.

It should be remembered that the president cannot, by executive order, do things that affects the public at large unless there is some Congressional basis for it.

And if you want a commander in chief who will fulfill the most solemn obligation of the president to keep this nation safe, then support a candidate who has demonstrated the commitment, the judgment, the experience, the clarity of vision, to identify our enemy, to call it by its name, radical islamic terrorism.

It is my view that we cannot conduct foreign policy at the extremes.

The United States cannot live with terror.

We cannot be complacent about the determination of radical Islamic extremists to destroy our freedoms.
