I've got a great team around me. They keep me working hard; they keep me focused.

I have played on many teams throughout my career, and I know when a team has the tools, and the right positive attitude towards winning.

Now, everybody always says there's no 'I' in team, but there is an 'I' in win, because the individuals make the team what it is, and how they think and what they do is important to the team. So when you act like the individual is not important, well, it is damn important who these people are and what they are.

I hope I'm building a record of being a good team player and not just standing for my principles but being willing to work for them. I think when you do that and you work really hard, people take notice.

That's ultimately the thing that sticks out to you most, that's most important to me, is that I have the respect of my teammates.

I like being part of a team.

I like being part of teams that go into things that people don't think are doing very well and getting into them to do better.

I like to keep my team together.

I am so happy when I feel emotion about the way my team plays.

I know what I do for my team and what my teammates expect of me on both ends of the floor.
