I went to law school after college.

I was in college in Washington, D.C. I did three years full-time. I did all my requirements, and my senior year was really a gut year. And I said, 'Law school will always be there.' I was in no hurry to get right into that.

I started in law school in '71 and graduated in '74. So I was training for the Olympics, running or averaging around 20 miles a day and going to law school full time.

The truth is that I'd always wanted to go to law school.

Since I was a young girl, I always wanted to pursue law studies. I would have never imagined that my career would have taken a complete different route.

If did go back to school, I would want to learn another aspect of the entertainment industry like to become a producer or an agent, you need a law degree.

There are a lot of things you can do with a law degree background, but I just didn't have a passion for it.

I took the LSAT. My score was decent. I had a plan that if my score was really well, then I might of just went to Yale or Harvard... But it was just mediocre. I can get into law school.

Looking back I find it hard to believe that I could forge a career in anything other than football but I didn't do too badly in my final exams and there were a few business-related courses that interested me.

But I decided I wanted more education and I had to make a choice between starting law school, which was interesting to me, and going for a graduate degree in engineering.
