I've done a lot of dramas, and I've done a lot of serious stuff - some really heavy stuff... which I loved, but I wanted to do something light and airy. I think the challenge for an actor is always to see which parts of you you can explore and go have fun with.

As an actor, you look for roles that can constantly challenge you and you can learn from.

As an actor, you need to be versatile. You need to challenge yourself.

The most fun you can possibly have as an actor is to walk that line between what's real and what's interesting.

As an actor, it's up to you to show that you can do something else. For me, the interesting actors don't always go where you expect to find them.

What I try to do as an actor is constantly find that, find ways to risk, find opportunities to fall on my face if it's going to be worth it, and then maybe I'll surprise myself.

But as an actor you do want to challenge yourself and step outside what you have done in the past and that what I like to do, I like to jump around and try different things and stretch myself.

I look for things that are going to challenge me as an actor.

For me and for I'm sure any actor, each role is a different challenge to prepare for in a different way.
