Nothing on this earth is standing still. It's either growing or it's dying. No matter if it's a tree or a human being.

I don't believe one grows older. I think that what happens early on in life is that at a certain age one stands still and stagnates.

As long as you're green, you're growing. As soon as you're ripe, you start to rot.

It's either not good enough and dies altogether, or it develops.

There's a harsh reality - nothing lasts forever. You have to be ready to grow, and grow fast.

We appreciate size, but only if it is robust growth. Just to be big is not a target.
