It kind of varies according to what I'm doing and what my situation is, but, most of the time, I have no idea what I'm doing until the day of.

During the day, if I don't have any other commitments, I'm usually at my desk writing, revising, or researching anywhere from four to six hours.

I generally work right up to when I have to do something - I'm always doing a lot.
As long as you're fully present in what you're doing at the moment, you're doing it.
