I have a resistance to change in things that I feel comfortable with and that I'm used to.

I've learned that for many people, change is uncomfortable. Maybe they want to go through it, and they can see the benefit of it, but at a gut level, change is uncomfortable.

You go through pain. You feel uncomfortable, uncomfortable, uncomfortable until you change. I acquired a different outlook.

It's sort of like, our bodies are designed to keep moving, and when we don't move it, we're not going to feel great.

Change is a great and horrible thing, and people love it or hate it at the same time. Without change, however, you just don't move.

My life has changed for the better. It's just amazing. I have to catch myself sometimes. It's like a dream. It's a great thing.

I feel like I have to move violently once a day, or I'll lose my mind.

I have definitely had experiences where I can feel the shift from simply living my life to being slightly outside of my life and taking notes.

I've always had this feeling wherever I go. Of not feeling fully part of things, not fully accepted, not fully inside of something.

Every situation has changed me as a person.
