I think the idea that you can go this alone is - was a huge mistake. And unfortunately, there was a price paid in terms of suffering and pain for people in New Orleans.

I'd love to live in New Orleans. I love the freedom of it - for good and for bad.
I grew up in Louisiana - a little suburb right outside of New Orleans - and I wouldn't have it any other way!
The people of New Orleans have gotten to rock bottom. And the only way out in my mind is for them to really understand it, and then to really choose to get better.
