I have travelled all over the world and one thing that amazes me is that I can communicate with people. My story may be different but emotionally we are all the same.

I really wanted to speak English because I started touring the world, and I wanted to communicate with people directly.

I learned from an early age that my heritage, my love for people, and my desire to be a vehicle that can be used through my voice, that my expressions and actions can transport a person to experience a scene from the past, present and future.

I travel as much as I can and meet people.

I travel like a maniac. I travel more than anyone I know. I love learning the languages.

I don't travel and tell stories, because that's not the way these days. But I write my books to be read aloud, and I think of myself in that oral tradition.

I travel all the time. And as I go around the world, I try to learn a little something and not just take up all the available air.
