I'll be with The Goat until the fall. Then I've been given three plays to look at and there have been a couple of films have come over the desk. I will probably not do either one of them.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
I would never be in a film just for the sake of being in a film, so I am waiting for the right role to come along.
I kinda see my current position like this: Here's your five minutes in the toy store, so you gotta do all the good movies you can before 'Chuck Woolery' rings the bell.
You may shelve your Shakespearian plans for the present. I am going to play Peter Pan.
I'm a total theater junkie - whether I'm working on a stage or sitting in a seat. I am always looking for a great play and a great part to do.
It has always been a dream of mine to put a play on film.
Occasionally, I have time to go to the theater, and I think for a minute, 'Man, I'd really love to be doing a play right now.' Because I loved doing plays when I was doing them. Then I think, 'I want to do it right now, but will I want to do that Sunday matinee in six weeks?'
Until this movie I have played a boxer, a cowboy, a knight, a prince, an elf and a pirate. I am so glad to have done all of that already, and am ready for this phase of my career.
As an actor, I'll play anything.
Enjoy the films I do, get entertained, get your money's worth, and when you leave the theatre, leave it all behind!
Telly and films has been my thing, not necessarily by choice, and if the right piece of theatre came along, I would jump at it.
