You cannot simply put more money into the same system and get better results, so we will need to reform and innovate in the delivery of education.

We tried to have diplomas without learning, we tried to have jobs without work, we tried to have houses without savings, we tried to have government without responsibility.

We must never forget what government is not. Government is not a philanthropic organization. Government is not the family. And government certainly is not the church.
