I generally travel with my laptop, a couple of great books, and my iPod.

I haven't fully moved over to the iPad. At any given time, I have about four DVDs in my pocket. I'm constantly screening 'Top Chef,' 'Housewives,' and all the other shows we have in development, racing to meet a deadline. So I pretty much bring my laptop everywhere.

I carry a notebook with me everywhere. But that's only the first step.

My whole thing is, I collect what I know I want to read, and I have certain bookshelves in my bedroom that contain all the books I haven't read yet.

I'm terribly forgetful. I've lost laptops, cell-phones.

When I'm on the couch, I usually have the TV on and my MacBook Air nearby. And sometimes, when my ADD is really kicking in, I have my iPad too. And my iPhone. And a magazine that I haven't gotten to. And a book under the pillow to my left.

I keep a notebook in my pocket, and I write down all the stuff we could ever do with Foursquare.

As long as I have books and DVDs, I don't miss much.

I'm portable. I carry a laptop and a little recording studio on my back.
