Most things I go through I have to write about.

Writing is not getting any easier or harder. I think I know what I want more, I know what I'm looking for.

You can't sit down and decide what you want to write about.

People may get tired of hearing from me, but I don't think I'll ever run out of things that I want to write about.

Beyond just writing about falling in love and out of love and wanting to do certain things and going out and partying and all the things that I grew up writing about, I want to write about deeper things.

I write about my life and my own experience, but I also write about things that I have no knowledge of whatsoever.

Writing is something that's great because you get to write every thought that's on your mind; you take your time.

I write as a way of keeping myself going. You build your life around writing, and it's what gets you through. So it's partly just curiosity to see what you can do.

Writing's all I know. Frankly, I've never been able to do anything else.
