A lot of people are simply interested in exploring their own spirituality, their own values, who they are, whether they're happy where they are.

There are a lot of people who consider themselves 'spiritual,' but that can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. I don't really talk about it that often, because there's too much talk in the world. Especially with Christians, there's more proselytizing than there is actual living proof of it. That's kind of sad.

Spirituality is deeply personal. Yet, society has to face the fact that certain faiths celebrate spirituality through an overt expression of inner convictions.

Ever since I was young, I was always interested in exploring spirituality. I know that there are many paths to God, there is not just one path.

I'm a spiritual person and a religious person. But for me, it's all a personal thing. I'm not someone who'll say, 'This is what I believe, and you should too!' It's more of an internal, quiet, grounded, fulfilling thing for me.

Don't be confused that my interest in religion, faith, and spirituality is driven by any sense of faith or spirituality of my own.

I don't set out to write about spirituality; I am free to do something different every time.

I tend to place my own value in spirituality rather than religiosity.
