I'd rather be Vincent Price than a red-neck character actor. You can't predict what will happen.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
The thing that's strange about Frank Vincent is that actors of his quality are usually big stars.
Honestly, I would not advise any actor necessarily, if he was really thinking of his career, to come out.
I think it would be amazing to be a character actor and still be a lead now and then in movies.
If the character is true, the movie will fall into place. Or at least that's what you hope.
Obviously, I play a villain in 'Downton Abbey'. As an actor, you want to get a variety of roles, so to be offered the part of Joe, it was perfect.
No actor can play a villain if they don't sympathise with him or her - otherwise the character just becomes a two-dimensional caricature.
I think Johnny Depp could play just about any role - I'd love to see what he would do with the Red Queen!
I really fancy Eddie Redmayne. I wouldn't mind a few steamy scenes with him.
Eventually, I'd love to be known as a character actor.
I would love to play the villain, but again, it sort of what happens in this industry.
