After years of hotels, I'm horribly inept at cleaning up after myself.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
I travel all over the world, usually 10 months out of the year. I stay at a lot of hotels, and the ones I like best are clean and not complicated. You go to bed and say, 'Wow, I feel comfortable.'
I'm horrible to live with. I don't clean. My clothes end up wherever I take them off. I forget to flush the toilet.
I generally hate the luxury modern apartment with too many things out of sight and so clean you cannot touch.
I'm not a clean freak. My house is a mess.
Well, I've cleaned bathrooms in a warehouse. That was pretty terrible. But I can't complain because I'm sure other people have done worse.
I really have to force myself to tidy up around the house.
I still enjoy traveling a lot. I mean, it amazes me that I still get excited in hotel rooms just to see what kind of shampoo they've left me.
I love cleaning, weird but true. It really relaxes me.
I can clean my own house. Now, maybe a couple of times a year we have a cleaning crew come in before we have a party, but otherwise, I'm able to maintain it myself.
When I was very young, I used to clean up after my parents. If I stay in a hotel, I make the bed and clean the room when I get up, even the bathroom mirror, for which I carry a tiny bottle of ammonia.
