When I started finishing games and coming off the field shaking hands, it was a beautiful thing. I mean, you start seeing that you're an important part of the team.

When you have the ball in your hand, you're the most important guy in the whole organization.

You want to have your hand on the ball every single play.

I feel like in order for our team to have the upper hand, I have to play extremely well, and I have to bring the rest of the team with me. That's how I feel approaching every game.

A basketball team is like the five fingers on your hand. If you can get them all together, you have a fist. That's how I want you to play.

And, you know, my dad would show me some things sometimes, but the best things that I got to do were to actually see really good players play up close. That gives you an idea of fingering and technique and what not.

I hope I'm building a record of being a good team player and not just standing for my principles but being willing to work for them. I think when you do that and you work really hard, people take notice.

I like to keep my team together.

These days, I'm always trying to have lots of touches, to be involved, and to play my football for 90 minutes.

I think I have great hands out of the backfield.
