It has also been of great comfort to me to see many women at the top of science testifying for my record in supporting women scientists.

Though we do need more women to graduate with technical degrees, I always like to remind women that you don't need to have science or technology degrees to build a career in tech.

From what we understand about participation by women and minorities, we need to do a better job of exposing people early in their careers to STEM fields.

There are thousands of inspirational stories waiting to be told about young women who yearn for a great education. They are stories of struggle and stories of success, and they will inspire others to take action and work to change lives.
