Business is constantly changing, constantly evolving.

In any business that grows big on one business model, transitions can throw everything in the air.

The great thing about the business is how Darwinian it is. We have to swim or die - if you are found wanting over a period of time, you've either got to change what you're doing or find something else to do.

Just like any business is a living, breathing thing, an entrepreneur has to be able to adapt over time.

You don't know what's going to happen in our business a year from now... so you have to be flexible and adaptable, and that's what we try to do.

Capitalism and political systems - like companies - must constantly evolve to stay vital.

As a company grows, its purpose grows with it. It has the potential to evolve your purpose.

Any business either grows or dies. You've just got to keep growing.

Business ends up being very dynamic and situational.

I'm a designer, and for me, things are always evolving, and such evolution is necessary.
