We need to lower marginal tax rates and increase investment.
Looking at the high cost of occupation in Iraq and the needs we have in this country, would it not have been better to have smaller tax cuts in order to keep down the deficits.
The problem is not that people are taxed too little, the problem is that government spends too much.

What we need is fundamental tax reform.
I would be open to a proposal that would have some minimum tax level for everyone.
Marginal tax rates are the lowest they've been in generations, and all we can talk about is tax cuts.
