Whether it's soundtracking a moment in my life or just motivating me to hit the gym, I constantly have music playing. Even if it's just in my head.

When I listen to music - I don't particularly do it for fun all that much. It's not a big part of my life, and I'm not really on top of what's happening in the world of music in the way I was when I was a teenager.

In terms of, like, getting into a mindset, I use music all the time when I'm working.

Usually, I'll just sit down at a piano or with a guitar, and I'll just be relaxed and playing music. Because that's what relaxes your subconscious. That's why everyone from animals to humans love music.

Playing and listening to music gives you a sense of fulfilment because you have to put everything in you at its disposal.

The way I work on music is that I go into my studio, and I start playing music, and I see what happens, and... I never think about it.

I just wanted to say one more thing: I also think that when you go to play music, you're there to play music.

Music is almost like a therapy for me. It helps keep me centered and think straight. Before I discovered it, I was walking around, and it felt like there were 25 extra pounds of gravity on my shoulders. It's like you're mute or something.

When you put on music, just feel it; it's a different sense. I walk around with music in, and it can just change my world in seconds.
