The citizens of America expect more. They deserve and they want more than a recital of problems.

I fully recognize we need to improve the path to citizenship, just as we need to value the hard work of folks who become American citizens legally.

We need to understand that we as citizens and as a government in any community throughout this country have no more important obligation than to educate those who are going to replace us.

Not less, but more democracy - that is the demand, that is the great goal that we have to prescribe for ourselves, and especially for our youth.

I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial by strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country.

Next, we will create a modern immigration law.

We need to fight for the equal rights of citizens.

On January 21st of 2017, the day after I take the oath of office, Americans will finally wake up in a country where the laws of the United States are enforced. We are going to be considerate and compassionate to everyone. But my greatest compassion will be for our own struggling citizens.

We develop the kind of citizens we deserve. If a large number of our children grow up into frustration and poverty, we must expect to pay the price.

It won't happen. It would be an impossible dream. But I'd love to see 'Citizens United' overruled.
