Skating, I think I was told once, is the second most expensive sport. My family's had to refinance three times - they really want to do anything that it takes for my dreams to come true. I hope to one day have a family that I can do that for and kind of give back in the same way that my family gave to me.

Skating is one of those sports you unfortunately see people get stuck in.

If skating got into the Olympics, I would be tempted to hold off on shredding for a year and just skate, to make that my new goal. In that sport, I'm still the underdog.

I get to see the different sides of skating now which involves not only competing, but entertainment.

I just motor through school in the morning and then go skating.

I hope that I can maintain my skating as long as possible.
