There are a lot of people who think that's what's needed to be successful is always being right, always being careful, always picking the right path.

What I know about me is that, in order to lead, you also have to know how to follow.

To be successful, you really have to put your ego in the background and try to be diplomatic to achieve what you want to achieve.
