Music I can discover a part of myself that I haven't been able to for a long time, and acting is the opposite. I'm in love with both of them and I would never choose one over the other.

I look at singing and acting as one career, and I love the chance to do both in the same project. I need to do both. When I'm doing one, I miss the other.

I think writing and singing go together, but I treat them as two separate careers because I write for others. If I'm writing for myself, I prefer to be with the producer. And then we can vibe out and throw ideas back and forth, and I'll basically let the producer play me a bunch of beats until I vibe with one.

The reason I like doing these acting projects is because no matter how much acting I do, I'll always have music in my life. I love having both.

I know for a fact that if I could do only music, I'd be out of my mind, insane. I'd be stressed-out; there's so much work. I mean, you work constantly; there are no breaks, really. If you're not promoting a record, you're making one. If you're not making one, you're touring. If you're not touring, you're doing photo shoots and prep work.

I'm the artist when I'm doing music that I am when I'm acting. I'm everything.

I don't think I'd want to concentrate on just acting because I love music, and things are going really well, so I think I will always continue to make music.

Music is also a part of who I am so I'm thinking about recording an album.

I definitely want to do music for the rest of my life. So I just want to make sure that I'm doing music in the way that I feel is the way I need to.

I like to play music, and I like to be funny, so I just do both at the same time.
