FaceTime helps me a lot. I feel like I'm at home even though I'm not.
Sentiment: POSITIVE
I really enjoy spending time at home.
I have to pay attention to work on the weekends and always have my iPhone with me, but I don't mind.
I get up, get coffee, and go into my home office. I check email and Twitter before I start work, but I have to try not to get too distracted.
What I try very hard to do is have an hour or so in the morning when I leave the house and don't have my phone with me. I'll go sit in a cafe and read and handwrite in my notebook and not be facing a screen. My head will be clear. I will be able to hear myself think. Because honestly for the rest of the day it's just screens, screens, screens.
I watch virtually no TV. All my screen time is computer time for me. When I'm not doing that I'm reading or talking to my friends who I got to know through computers.
I'm trying to enjoy my time at home and be around my kids.
I've never had WiFi at home. I'm too easily distracted, and YouTube is too tempting.
I text my girlfriends. I look at Facebook. I check my e-mail. If I'm away from the news cycle more than a few hours, I feel out of touch.
I just sit around at home, and I have nothing to do, so I am on the Internet all the time.
I'm constantly working, even when I'm at home.
