I cry all the time. I love to laugh, too. It's important to create an environment for yourself where you feel what you need to and don't hold it in.

I cry very easily. It can be a movie, a phone conversation, a sunset - tears are words waiting to be written.

With me, even if my life depended on it, I wouldn't be able to cry. Not with somebody there. Because even if I'm talking about bad and upsetting things, if there is somebody else in the room, I am trying to entertain them. If there is somebody there, I am in performance mode. I almost never cry, and it's something I don't like about myself. I sometimes try and make myself cry. Sometimes, when I'm in pain, I say if I could just cry it would make it so much easier.

I can cry all day long - that's easy for me.
