Training is such a vital part of preparation for a game, you really do train to play. It tops up your ability, like sharpening a carving knife. You can get away with not doing it for a while, as long as you have reached a certain standard of fitness.

I'm still trying to improve. Everything I can do to improve every part of my game - I'm going to do it.

You can work hard to sharpen your talent, to get better at whatever it is that you do, and I think that's what it comes back to.

I practice a lot.

I'm a person who gets better with practice. Getting older is awesome - because you get more practice.

One thing I have throughout my career, it felt like I did my best to align myself with quality artists, quality work, and it is a situation of steel sharpening steel.

I don't have a very disciplined approach to practicing or anything, but I do tend to have a guitar around most of the time, which I strum on most of the day.

I'm always practicing lines, researching, trying to be fresh, and fully trying to become the characters I play. That's how I roll.
