If we're in a bubble, it's the weirdest bubble I've ever seen, where everybody hates everything.

The media is really failing the American people.

American mass media culture, with its celebrities, shopping hysteria, sound bites, formulaic plots, received ideas, and nauseating repetitions, depresses me.

It is really the angling in the media that I do not like. That is how media can be rotten.

As most of the population suffers through life, barely surviving, disappointed and confused day after day, hopeless, wondering what happened to their strong and beautiful country, it is in the media's power to restore, if not some of our quality of life, at least a bit of our peace of mind.

The American media wants to pump you full of fear.

I read the newspaper, but I live in my own little bubble.
