It's about, I did talk about my life in broad strokes and what home meant to me in order to really explore the subject of home and can you go back and what that means for people in that sense of community that we've lost.

And so much of my life has been about returning home and longing for home, wanting my children to know about my roots. And I thought I can't be the only one to feel this way so I thought it would be an interesting topic to explore.
I wanted to be a writer. I wanted to say something about home.

There's a television show, 'Hoarders,' where people have those homes filled with stuff. Emotionally, in our minds, we get so filled with resentments where we've got a story about absolutely everything.
I enjoy looking back on my life. I'm thinking seriously about starting to write about it.
Home is where your family is. Wherever you are, it's about the people you're surrounded by, not necessarily where you lay your head.
As I experience life and go through things, that's what I write about.
