Making the Hall of Fame has long been considered the top individual honor that one can achieve in any sport, but for me, I feel it is a culmination of all the input and effort afforded me from so many other people over the years that put me in this position today.

If honor were profitable, everybody would be honorable.

During the course of my football and business careers, I have had the great honor of meeting and associating with many outstanding leaders.

I grew up as a sports fan, and I know that a hall of fame is very different than an award for being the best of the year. It's a nod to the longevity of our accomplishment.

To be compared to Jackie Robinson is an enormous compliment, but I don't think it's necessarily deserved.
