Sentiment: NEGATIVE
Getting older is a struggle. I always feel that just under the surface of acceptance and enjoyment of the ageing process is a terrible hysteria just waiting to burst out.
As far as I'm concerned, ageing is humanity's worst problem, by some serious distance.
I find the whole disdain for ageing crazy.
I don't have a problem with ageing - in fact, I embrace that aspect of it. And am able to and obviously am going to be able to quite easily... it doesn't faze me at all.
Ageing is something that both men and women are utterly terrified about.

Ageing's alright, better than the alternative, which is not being here.
Now that I've experienced ageism, I don't regard it as a bad thing. It's been a transition to something more exciting and maybe edgier.
Ageing is inevitable, and the idea that we can be eternally youthful is the pitfall of our society.
I'm really a strong advocate of ageing because the messages that the media and advertising give to women infuriate me: ie that it's a bad thing to get old.
