Neither I nor anyone in the Church would ever tolerate hatred of or prejudice towards any of the Lord's children.
Sentiment: NEGATIVE
What I'd say about that is that we must respect homosexuals in the church. I've got many homosexual friends, the issue is not in any way a homophobic reaction on my part.
My Lord and saviour Jesus Christ does not hate anybody.
My children have no prejudices at all. My own brother-in-law is Jewish!
Others don't want to listen to viewpoints that members of the church have.
I am not going to condemn anybody. That's where religion gets a bad name, when people get holier than thou. We are all human. If my children make a mistake, I want them to know it is all right and they should try harder next time.
May the Lord destroy all the tyrants of the church. Amen.
God calls all of his children to the table. We can disagree and even say a lot of hateful things, but what we can't do in good conscience is leave the table. Or demand that someone else not be at the table.
God does not discriminate against people, regardless of color, religion, social class, or gender and sexual preferences.
There is a lot wrong with the church.
Great dislike to the Bible was shown by those who conversed with me about it, and several have remarked to me, at different times, that if it were not for that book, Catholics would never be led to renounce their own faith.
