I like doing a bunch of different things, being all over the place.

It's about the journey and the process. I do things because I love doing them, or trying them.

I just try to keep going and work on projects that are exciting to me, with people I respect and enjoy and want to work with. That takes me in different directions sometimes, but it's all been a pretty good ride.

I've wanted to manage a long time and I've been moving in that direction.

I love being on set, because I've basically grown up on a set. And now I love to contribute as a director and help steer the ship, if you will.

My career's been a steady, interesting, weird, frustrating, fun journey at all different times.

There are a lot of new opportunities that are poking their head up in my future. I've been very fortunate that way, but for right now, what I like is what I'm doing.

I have been working a lot, and I like it. And you know, it's hard for me not to. I guess I've been working a lot because I get to play with brilliant people.

I've got a great team around me with my family, manager and label, and we've all worked hard together to make things happen.

Although I'm largely doing other things in life, it's very nice occasionally to put my toe back in the waters of show business.
