An egg white omelet with vegetables is one of my favorite breakfasts.

I rarely eat breakfast because of our schedule, actually. If I do, though, I'll try to do an egg-white omelet with some bell peppers and mushrooms. Maybe a side of a bunch of different fruits.

I have to have breakfast, and breakfast has to be eggs, whether in omelet form, hard-boiled, or over-easy.

This is my breakfast: Two poached eggs, turkey bacon, and a half avocado. The yolks in a poached egg are alkalizing. Avocados are a great source of fat and vitamin E; great for your skin. It's super light and not too heavy. Sometimes I like a little sweet as well, so I have a cup of plain yogurt with blueberries.

I've always eaten egg whites because when I was little, I didn't like the color yellow, so my mom would trick me into eating eggs by taking out the yolk.

If you've broken the eggs, you should make the omelette.

Once in a while I'll order an omelet, 'cause I'm not very good at making omelets.

My breakfast is usually some oatmeal and berries and some agave, or a protein shake.

I love eggs. Eggs are probably one of the most versatile things we work with.

For breakfast, I always have eggs - whole eggs. I think the fats are really important. I also like turkey bacon and really hearty whole-grain bread. I'm very picky about it. You need bread that's high in fiber and low in carbs. It's hard to find, but it's worth it.
