When you take the world record, a lot of people are going to go out there to get you, really. I kind of enjoy that. I like being chased.

I feel like I was born to ride the track.

If you are in your everyday life, and you feel like you just accomplished something big that you had going on, then that's Beast Mode. It's an accomplishment, that you put yourself through something to get something better out of it. I feel that that's Beast Mode.

There's always hurdles. So I just keep moving, just constantly redefining myself. That's how you stay in the race.

I have my life on a track that I want it on, and I don't want to get off.

The track is fast and I appreciate anything is possible.

What I have to show, I show on the track.

I don't like the road. I love being on the track. I like being indoors and the fact I'm not battling past 200 other riders.

I like to tread uncharted territory and push myself in terms of performance.
