After I got my first laugh on stage, I was hooked.

I was five years old; I got addicted to being on stage. I felt like it was the most wonderful place on Earth, performing in front of an audience, who in this case were a bunch of classmates, kids my age.

I just liked the feeling of being on stage.

I realized that I didn't want to do anything else. Plus, I realized I was good, and, most importantly, I actually loved to sing on stage.

It took me two years to walk around a chair with ease; it took me another two years to learn how to laugh onstage - and I had to learn everything.

I began to work the stage and get the audience into it. I also learned how to have fun out there. It is something I will never forget.
