A combination of a good diet, exercise, healthy habits, discipline, dancing etc. is what my beauty routine consists of. Also, I have no bad habits; I don't drink or smoke. All these contribute to me being fit and looking good.

After forty a woman has to choose between losing her figure or her face. My advice is to keep your face, and stay sitting down.

I do rely on having a full face on.

It's our hearts and brains that we should exercise more often. You can put on all the makeup you want, but it won't make your soul pretty.
