One of the beautiful things about baseball is that every once in a while you come into a situation where you want to, and where you have to, reach down and prove something.

In my opinion, baseball is as big a business as anything there is. It has to be a business, the way it is conducted.

Baseball is more than a game. It's like life played out on a field.
