I've lost count of the number of times that I've been approached by strangers wanting to tell me that they think I'm brave or inspirational, and this was long before my work had any kind of public profile.

To conceal anything from those to whom I am attached, is not in my nature. I can never close my lips where I have opened my heart.

Sometimes I got scared of being too honest, because being in the public eye, I have always tried to hide my personal life. But I realized that isn't healthy.

People have told me that I'm courageous, but I have seen greater courage.

I'm not brave. Far from it.

I never hide, when I walk down the street, someone's going to take my picture, that's what I look like.

I get real brave when I text people. When I text people, I am so brave because it's words, but you can't say stuff.

It is troublesome sometimes when people get up in your face in public, you know? And say, 'How could you, how dare you?' Well, they don't know me.
